Wow. I just got done reading up-to-date on LiveJournal. It took me like... all of last night and all of this morning. Sheesh :)

I WAS a week behind, but man, this shit takes up a lot of time. Heh.

And nobody's on AIM yet - I guess everybody's still asleep or something (grin), so I'm going to go pay attention to the REAL world. Imagine that! :)

Well OK not all is good with the world - I woke up this morning and walked down to Mr. Mike's on the corner (our 24-hour convenience store here in town) to get milk for breakfast, and found that gas had gone up to $1.75/gallon (it had been $1.54 or so the night before). Kiwi and I are here babysitting JLynn (my daughter) and Dylan at Cara's house, taking care of Dylan also. Good kids. It's interesting to watch JLynn "parenting" Dylan. She talks about herself in the third person to him sometimes ("move so that Sissy can fix it!" - making forts out of pillows), which is strange. I asked her why, and she looked ( Read more... )

My new motorcycle exhaust that I ordered on the 'cell phone a couple of days ago from Michigan came in today, so I went to put it on. I broke a stud off in the head, so the righthand header doesn't seal to the head quite right now. Just got home from our roadtrip. Many, many thoughts, experiences, memories, and other pleasant things. We drove all night to get here in time for T's party, and it was cool, although it wasn't as cool as Em's party tomorrow will be (grin).
Man, how come so many cool people live so damned far away? Heh.
