I went to pick up my reserve today, but wouldn't you know - Mom had already gotten it for me! oo

So anyway, here it is. I love that new game smell. I'm wondering if I should get the DLC outfit for Cloud right away, or wait and see if I can trade with someone.

After a long day and a hard week, this was really nice to have waiting at home for me.

My boss is Jewish, so today she had out blue and white candies, macaroons, and foil chocolate coins. She gave us student workers -along with everyone else she knows at school - a little wooden dreidl and chocolate coins (for betting) and a sheet with instructions and history. For my birthday I got Super Mario 64 and Super Scribblenauts for the DS. I've finished Mario now, and mostly through the Scribblenauts challenges. Mario was a nice mix of nostalgia and new additions. I understand the last battle of a game is supposed to be hard. And it makes sense he'd be a lot harder the second time than he was in Shade Impulse. But still-! Unlike Shade Impulse you can't just fight until you're a few levels higher than him and make it easier, since the player character level stops at 100 and Chaos is well beyond that. Beating the Pokemon League with a single Pokemon left with 12 HP. I had to use a ton of heal items, and sometimes all I could do was wait until the enemy Pokemon ran out of PP.
