A/N: Don't own, just borrowing. Am making no money so don't sue. This is my first fic so please tell me if I am doing anything wrong, but no flames please. Is AU. I can't read every story out there no matter how hard I try, so if this is like something you've read before, please let me know. I do not want to infringe on anyone's territory. Or not give credit were it's due. I am using all the knowledge I have on the subject of police work. Not much. So if some one could tell me if i'm doing something wrong, I'd be grateful.

Chapter 1 Chapter 2 Chapter 3 Chapter 4 Chapter 5 Chapter 6 Chapter 7 "What the hell is going on with you?" Lee asked, cornering Ryan in the locker room. "Jesse's been saying you're with someone else. That you're going to marry him, and he's pissed. Why didn't you tell me?"
"Remember that night you kicked me out of my own house." It wasn't really a question, more of a statement. "I was getting drunk at the bar, Eric was getting drunk at the bar. After a while we decided to get drunk together."
"You slept with him." Lee said. "Eric. The same Eric you've wanted for a year. The one that works with Tim. Holy shit. You had sex with him. You had... you're not on... does he... do you... That explains why Jesse's so pissed. He knows. I think I'm going to puke." Lee muttered, sinking down the side of the lockers.
"That would explain why he came by." Ryan said thoughtfully.
"What do you mean he came by? He knows to stay away." Lee suddenly jerked his head up.
"I kinda figured you two warned him away."
"When?"
"When what?" Ryan looked confused.
"When did he come by, Ryan?"
"About two weeks ago. Jay answered the door. He thought it was Eric." He said answering the questioning look on Lee's face. "We've already talked about it."
"When's the baby due?"
Apparently answering-the-door-etiquette had not been the question.
"What are you talking about?" Ryan asked while trying, valiantly, to recover his composure.
"Ryan. We talk about everything. Well we did." Lee gave him a pointed look.
"I don't think I loved Jesse. And I loved Tim as a friend, not a lover. But with Eric it's different. I don't know how to explain it." Ryan didn't look at Lee after his confession.
"October." Lee said, patting Ryan's stomach.
They sat in a comfortable silence until Jake came flying through the door.
"Jesse beat the crap out of a CSI." He shouted as he flew past them.
"I said I'm fine.
Ryan heard the shouting as soon as he got off the elevator. Smiling, he made his way to Eric's room, letting out a snort at the sight that greeted him. He composed his face and walked into the room.
"What are you doing here Wolfe?" Bills asked, stepping out of the corner he'd been pushed in to.
"I'm here to take Mr. Delko's statement. Captain says you're supposed to take Trainer." Ryan smiled his shit-eating grin.
"Were is Trainer?" He spat as he passed Ryan.
"Somewhere around here I would presume." Ryan smiled even bigger at the look on Bills' face.
"I'm talking to the Captain." He muttered, walking off down the hall.
"Yeah, you do that." Ryan said, turning back into the room.
"I need to work on my patient. Everyone get out." The young doctor nearly shouted.
Ryan held the door as everyone filed past, and he closed it with a small snap as the last person walked out.
"You too officer." The young doctor growled at him.
"No. I need his statement. I'm going to get it now." The look Ryan was using had scared better people. "You'll need to come down to the station and sign this later. You can go home after that Mr.Delko." Ryan said, putting subtle emphasis on the word home. "Now, tell me what happened."
"Where's Jay?" Eric asked, coming up behind Ryan.
"Uncle Ron has him. They're going to stay up all night and watch movies and play games. Jay nearly wet himself when he found out. But he did wonder what we would do without him tonight." Ryan smiled at the memory.
"What'd you tell him?" Eric started kissing Ryan's neck.
"I told him we would go to bed early and not do anything fun until he got back."
"I like the going to bed early part, but I think we can do without the no fun part."
"How're your ribs doing?" Ryan turned and ran his hands gently over Eric's torso. "I'm sorry. I didn't know he'd do that." He whispered.
Eric cupped Ryan's face.
"It's not your fault. How did you get your Captain to let you take the statement?" He smiled at Ryan.
"I told him the truth."
"That's it?"
"That's it. I'm not going to lie to him. It wouldn't look good for either of us when it comes out."
"I vote for the bed part now." Eric said leading Ryan away from the window.
It always amazed Ryan that Eric could make him forget everything. So when he found himself naked under his lover he smiled.
"You are ok, aren't you?" Ryan ran his hands over Eric's ribs and up to the gash on his forehead.
"It looks worse than it is." He leaned down and kissed Ryan. "No more talking."
Eric prepared Ryan and slid into his pliant body.
Ryan whimpered. "Eric."
Eric moaned as he moved inside of Ryan, leaning down to take his mouth.
"Love you Ryan." Eric whispered against his mouth.
"Love you too." Ryan whispered back, arching into the kiss.
She growled as she looked through the window. 'That supid fuck. He can't do anything right.' She kicked the bush sitting next to her. 'Trainer has to go.' With her mind made up, she left the lovers and went to find the man.
