Verizon is still, after SIX MONTHS, not billing me correctly for an order I placed in January. They messed up my account in February and were over-charging me by about $100/month. They've since fixed that, but still cannot seem to re-apply the promotional offers (totalling $35/mo for the first 12 months, and $15/mo for the next 12) to my account

Tell the rep you want to speak with a manager
Tell the manager that you're just a couple of seconds from a massive false advertising suit against them, and give them every bit of evidence
Watch your payments drop to zero to avoid the lawsuit.
I'm not paying Verizon anything and I still have another 8 months of unlimited unrestricted airtime.

Also, put out the phrase 'theft by deception' and be sure to let them know that you're in talks with the local DA to press charges.

Verizon seems to blow like the very wind, gosh, that sounds pretty pathetic that a whole company couldn't bill one thing one time right in more than half a year...
why not call local news and tell 'em about that? IF, it's a huge enough massive thing that Verizon just doesn't care to try anymore.

I know the only reason I have them is so I can watch the capitals in high def. that is litterally the only reason.
although after having dealt with cox and comcast, it is sad that it isnt like there is really an alternartive that doesnt also suck
