I thought this week was going to be a good week.

So many things to do and not enough time.

Since discovering this podcast I have found myself listening to it constantly to reinforce it.

It has massively helped me to be mindful , change my perspective and make space.

This can helped me to notice how I am feeling a lot more and to acknowledge it.

The subject of the last podcast has caused me pause and really think about the question "Is it too late" ?

What is the person referring to when they pose this question ? It is all about age.

Time is something man invented so we may give our lives some perspective and compartmentalise our lives.

I am at work - ffs

Some people in this office have the gall to complain loudly about the tiniest problem.

Yet if I bring up a big issue I get howled down.

It looks like I will be spending my weekend here.

Yay the next podcast has been released - the subject tells me this is going to be deep and force me to do a lot of thinking.

It is too late for me is a something I have been saying to myself for years.

We'll I know is will be listening to on the train today.

I have a really strong feeling my coworker will get the position and my leave will be cancelled.

I can't shake this feeling.

I just checked a countdown app I have and it is under 1000 days til I turn 40.

*ponders*

Our ancestors had basic needs food, shelter, water and sex.

But these mean nothing if you are dead - it is ingrained into our DNA to be on the look out for potential threats.

If it truly matters then why aren't you doing something about it.
