Nothing to worry about, just trimming my friends list of people who are either inactive, defunct, or whom I've not talked to for a good number of years. If you want me to add you back just ask.

This isn't a formal recipe in that everything is mostly just eyeballed. That said, this concoction of mine has been a lifesaver, not only getting me a lot of protein in a tasty package, but providing me with a lot of energy too. So I figured I'd try to share it as best I could.

The weather was incredible today, at least for this time of year, so I grabbed my camera and did a little biking. I did take more pictures than these, but these really are the cream of the crop. I've been working, when I haven't been working I've been either playing video games, or immersing myself in politics. The election is over now though so you'd think that'd free up a little of my time.
