I just adore Austria. I just wish I spoke German, because I feel like I'm missing such a lot. (And it's making the German keyboard on this computer even more difficult than it would otherwise be, because... man. All the letters are in the wrong place! The French one wasn't nearly so bad

You got that job? Congratulations! (Is that the one I posted for you?) Whoo! Even if you're conflicted about what to do with the offer, that's still fantastic news. Espcially since you don't seem to have met a Nice Doctor (or are you being coy), so probably can't live the rest of your life as a nice Hausfrau with an over-active interest in your many (female) children's schooling. Um, I would very much like it if you moved here. But, I do understand your reservations about the travel thing - you did experience the worst I've ever heard of, but Edinburgh isn't the perfect travel base. But... but I would entertain you! And things!
