The news is reporting that Boris Yeltsin has died.

It's odd, I can remember him coming into power, and can remember him doing things like climbing on the tank (which they mention in the article), yet I can't see a picture of him except for sitting or being drunk. Possibly both. That's a bit of a shame in a way.

I've worked in banks and financial institutions before, and I have never heard of it being policy to make staff have a primary bank account with the bank that they work for. RBS group appear to have gone mad:
