The funeral was yesterday afternoon. I knew it would be harder for everyone than the visitation was. That's just how it works. He had a military funeral, I guess that's how it's worded. Last night was the visitation for my uncle. Things went pretty well. Everyone did okay. I always worry about how people are going to be at the funeral home. i just talked to my dad, and my uncle passed away at about 10 minutes til 4:00 am. that was 10 minutes after i got off the phone with him the first time. but thanks to anyone who actually saw this and said a little prayer.

My great-uncle was flown to the hospital tonight. At first they thought it was his heart, but now they're not sure. He is sedated and on a ventilator. There are a couple of tests they would like to do, but they think he is just too weak right now. The doctor says that he has pneumonia and some kind of infection.
