It's All about Me....
I hate when I get like this. I'm cranky, stressed out, cannot seem to focus on any one thing, and am so tired of winter!!! This past week I've had some kind of cold/sinus thing going on. I want to go out, but can't seem to get myself dressed... and out there. It's very very cold here. We certainly don't have the awful amounts of snow that ( Read more... ) -
Hibernation Mode....
Many places now are having such extreme weather. I couldn't bring myself to go out this weekend. In fact, I haven't gotten out of my warm pajamas and fleece robe all weekend. The extreme cold was making me feel exhausted and out of sorts, but since resting and trying to stay warm, I have some of my energy back ( Read more... ) -
Weekend Update....
I got to church again today... two Sundays in a row is pretty good for me... especially in the winter! I had a lot of people to pray for; and then after, I hung around for awhile to talk to Fr. Dan, and even ordered some girl scout cookies from a sweet girl standing there. I didn't know her or her mother, but I haven't gotten any of those ( Read more... ) -

Two things....
I just noticed today two things had been missing from my life that I seem to thrive on. I had been feeling poorly this morning and found myself all curled up in my nightgown on the couch in a lovely pool of sunshine pouring in through the window. Girlfriend Time.... And the Start of a New Year....
Yesterday was special! Judy, mammie_9 came to my house early and brought me over to our friend, Betty's house. We had a full day of visiting, shopping, eating lunch out, and really enjoying one another's company with lots of conversation and laughs. Good girlfriend time is precious ( Read more... ) -
