It was a great weekend....

The only bad note was I got whacked in the head with the hatch door on the Subaru. Total accident. Pat didn't realize I was setting my new plushie octopus into the back and started lowering it. Fortunately my friend Michele had an ice pack, so I held that on my head for the first hour of our drive and I ended up not even having much of a knot. Just

The Florida Aquarium sounds fantastic. I'd love to see the otters. Other than the whack on the head, it sounds as if you had a great time.

I love aquariums and was impressed by the New England one in Boston. Denver actually had a nice one and I loved the Steinhart in SF, the Monterey Bay one although that went downhill. I believe I did visit the Florida one way back in 2010.

Lemurs are cool. They're John Cleese's favorite animals and he did a great documentary about them.

I've seen some film of lemurs and I love the noises they make. They're wonderful creatures. I can see why John Cleese loves them!
