Recent private drama has warranted the following public statement: If I decide that I never want to speak with you, I'll tell you myself. I will never pass on such a message through a third party, an act, as I judge it, of cowardice. So in all this health care debate, I've not heard even once the question about whether Congress has the power to cause people to purchase insurance. I don't know where this is, other than what I consider a ludicrous interpretation of the Commerce Clause.
