That is how I feel. Stuck. Uninspired. No progress on any fronts. No good news. No motivation. No exciting stuff going on. Work can suck it. No additional weight loss. I want to shake my sister. I dread Thanksgiving and even more than that, I am dreading Christmas. Nothing.

For me... best thing was eating bad carbs (for which I'll be atoning this week,) and having a big marathon Halloween adventure with someone I'd been missing for a while. It's always good to reconnect with old friends.
