Wow, it's been a while. A long while. So much has happened. After my mom died, my dad moved in with us and we took care of him for a while. He died last April. I went into a severe depression and it effected my life in many ways. A few months ago John left and we are getting a divorce. During the time my mom was in the hospital, my cat Legolas disappeared. I can't tell you how much I LOVED this cat. I wrote about him back when I wrote about the evil cat that bit me. Anyway, he's been gone for a couple of weeks and I was really upset ( Read more... ) -
Tragic and sad month...
Around the 30th of May, we had a family party out at my brother's house. My sister was here visiting from Ohio, and hadn't been here for several years. My mom noticed her right leg swelling up. She had been complaining of various ailments, mostly stomach pain, for about 3 months. She chalked it up to a stubborn stomach bug that wouldn't go away ( Read more... ) -

Ok so I'm done with Intermediates. (woot!)
Now I have to go back and correct a couple hundred reports that I skipped correcting since clinic notes. I'm guessing this will probably take me a couple of weeks to do. I can't leave them and go on to Advanced or I will probably miss a lot of words. So I guess there is nothing for me to do but get on -

Shouldn't get too far ahead of myself though, Intermediates will be easy but I have a LOT of Advanced to do, and the reports are longer and so on. -
