Haven't been feeling well the past few days.
Bad anxiety.
Feeling gross from the sudden heat.
Lonely.
Bleh.

I need support.
Bad.
I don't have it.

I've been drinking too much.
I've been sleeping too much.
I've been laying in bed for more than 12 hours a day.
I can't break it.

Help.

I've learned a lot about those I decided to hold close.
Sometimes people make shitty decisions; I'm one of them.

Blood really is the thickest bond.
At least I've got three individuals within the same 4 walls that would do anything for me.
I sleep well knowing this.
