I wish that the Halloween ball was actually ON Halloween. and then morning classes could get canceled.
Ah, wishful thinking. Of course, even Hogwarts isn't that wonderful.

I keep smelling pumpkins EVERYWHERE.

Elley had been giving a lot of energy lately, as she always did in the month of October. Not only did she always she extra enthusiasm for her birthday, but first major exams were coming up as well.
