Every day for the past week I've been frantically checking my emails to find out if I'd been allocated my uni accomodation yet, mostly because I really wanted to know where I was going to live but also because you only have a week to accept and pay a deposit after the email is sent, so I didn't want to miss it, especially since I use a different ( Read more... )

I went to Sheffield yesterday, that was quite fun ^^ Unfortunately, to get there I had to be up at 6 and ride the whole way in the back of a van. That wasn't nearly as fun as it might sound XD I had to lie down the whole way in case any policemen spotted my illegal travelling, and lying down in the back of a van is really uncomfortable. Normally I don't mind too much when it rains a lot, so long as I don't have to walk about in it, but for some reason when it rains people tend to think that visiting a garden centre is a better idea than when it's sunny. Yes, we had an earthquake ^^ Ok, it was on...Wednesday morning? A lot earlier on in the week anyway. It was brilliant XD I've never been in an earthquake before and it was really weird.
