ive conquered my addictive behaviors.
but now i am left without any coping mechanisms.
it is definitely taking a toll on me.

how do you deal with stress, anxiety, depression, etc?
i need to find some healthy ways of dealing with my problems.
rather than resorting to my old destructive habits.
