Not a big fan of Morrison, but I will definitely add "Lolita" and "Me Talk Pretty One Day" to the list.

Ishmael by the guy who wrote it. Its about a gorrilla who can telepathically communicate with a guy who answered an ad in the paper advertising philosophical guidance. Its an important book for people who care about other living things.

Tom Robbin's Jitterbug Perfume

All of his books are amazing but this one is the most amazing. It will make you laugh, and will make you think. And the end will blow you away. I recommended this book to another friend and he really really liked it too. I'm serious, read it.
