omg... im such a loser, ive never been to taco bell before!! ughh i have to go shopping so bad, i hardly went back to school shopping this year. Life is SOO unfair, ughh why cant some things just work out the way we want? Well i hope things start to get better

now i know how you feel huh...well see the thing is stephanie...the $85 thousand YOUR BROTHER left it to me...he signed it over a long time ago to me and he said even after we broke up he won't change it because it will be stuck in trust funds for peyton til he is eighteen when i need to raise my son now...you brother was paying for child support before and this is the same thing...I need to put diapers on his butt now i need to put him in football camp now i need to make sure he has clothes on his body now...not when he turns 18!!!!! that's what that money is for but instead most of it is being spent on a lawyer cause your dad won't handle brandon's estate for peyton...OH AND EVERYTHING IS PEYTON'S RIGHT NOW!!! and I had to take it because BY LAW he is a minor and becuase there is debt on these things of brandon's they have to be sold!!!!!!!!!! whether it's by me or a lawyer or by your dad....but instead i have to hire a lawyer with peyton's money na di have to pay for a $9,000 funeral bill out of peyton's money...so is there

i didn't take anything in his house...your mom took everything...the only thing left in that house is a dresser a bed for peyton a high chair two coaches an entertainment center and a coffee table....i took nothing and by law can't take anything and niether was your mom allowed too...I could get your parents for so much right now...they opened my mail that's a federal offense and they STOLE NOW PEYTON'S estate so i could get them in a lot of trouble but i ain't bugging about it....because i know where your family is comming from and I TRUST your guys judgment....but see you guys don't trust my judgement on what's best for me and my son...and that i will raise him the right way...thanks....that's the thing you guys don't understand brandon and i were best friends and i know exactly what needs to happen with this money to tkae care of OUR son.....but no you guys think i am jsut gonna spend it on myself...OBVIOUSLY you guys don't know me that well...MY CHILD comes before anything...especially when it comes to HIS money!!!!!!!!....

my mom took some sweaters for me and jenni, some shirts, and the outfit he is wearing right now in his casket.

oh and one more thing =). who was teh one being cold? who brings their boyfriend to their son's father's funeral? to their EX boyfriend's funeral? who lets their son call her new boyfriend DADDY at MY BROTHER'S FUNERAL. standing RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CASKET. and do not tell me peyton was calling brandon daddy, cuz he wasnt. he was looking right at your boyfriend.

plus it WASN'T brandon's $85,000 it was mine all along it's called life insurance and he signed up for it and makes a beneifciary...and he made me primary and peyton secondaey this money doesn't ACTUALLY exist until he passes away.....and the car and and house is peyton's.....by law it is....but by law i have to sell it because of the debt against it.....no one has explained anything to you have they abotu this estate......ask your dad by law what happens with this stuff!!! maybe then you'll understnad why i had to come and get it...
