I just got back from Tacoma, they are still down there (I had a spare key for her car). They are all fine, if a little shaken. Their purses were taken at a little kitchen supply store (along with the till). Apparently the guy was waving a knife around and shoving them, but everyone came out OK. I spent a fair amount of college shopping various Unitarian congregations. I loved the idea of a church that had atheist members... but if you're brought up Episcopalian, you require a certain level of pomp and circumstance or it just doesn't qualify as "church."
