Santy Claus appears to have brought me a cold! I got on on New Year's Day earlier this year, I guess I'm just ahead of schedule!

I broke a contact lens tonight. So, I'm stuck wearing my glasses which I think I've had since the mid-90's. I'm never fashionable, but yeesh!

And yes, now I will be going to the eye doctor ASAP. Not how I wanted to take care of things, but oh well.

And now it's time to take my tired eyes to bed, so good night!

My bathroom was restored to normal. The leakage problem was fixed the day they told me it would be (that Monday that I stayed home). They told me they would fix it once the water in the walls had dried, but failed to tell me that I was supposed to report this! So, that leakage from the upstairs apartment increased, to the point where I have pockets of water bulging the walls in the bathroom and the bedroom.
