well its 1 in the morning and i can't sleep which sucks because i have to get up at 5 so bleh..i purged again today for like 20 mins, but tomorrow im going back to restricting and hardcore workouts, i want this so bad.. and its killing me that ive gotten weak. i know i can do this, ive done it so well before, i just need to focus and stop letting
