so today was very umm.. random/spontaneous/out of the bluee

and i didnt hate ittt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so today was a good day and i thought it went by pretty quick. i had my first work out session with the trainer at the gym today and she was pretty hardcore. she weighed my and measured my body fat and i was VERY pleased with the results. hopefully i look nice and fit for summer.
