saw my therapist again. we talked a lot about my fucked up eating habits and how we could make me safer. i'm looking forward to my next appointment this friday.

it's raining a lot.
i love it when it rains.

today i actually feel happy? it's strange but i do.

yesterday went to my first therapist appointment.
i am disappointed.

today i woke up and had breakfast for the first day in three months.

maybe i won't purge today.
maybe i will be ok today.

had a big discussion with my mom.
she told me i am a lost cause.
that i dont deserve help.
and you know what? she is so right. i don't deserve anything at all.

slowly going down.

still fighting against this.
