I'm at Buffy and Dawn's apartment right now, having a few moment's peace. These girls continue to amaze me with their resilience. I'm certain that if I had been kidnapped and tortured by my father, I'd have a few nightmares at least. But Dawn seems to be peaceful at night, though a bit quiet. Is it perhaps time to tell her that not quite so many people died as originally supposed?

Although with recent happenings in Los Angeles, the point may be moot now...

I think that if you-know-who fell in L.A., the subject is hardly moot. In fact, that's the biggest argument for Buffy never finding out that I can think of. What would be her reaction if she found out that for the last 9 months, this individual was in L.A., and now she will never be able to see him again when it would have been possible if she had been told sooner? She'd flip. For everyone's sake, perhaps you had better let sleeping dogs lie--IF (and only if) he is dead. Really dead. As opposed to undead dead. And now I've given away too much, haven't I?
