what did you sign up for? these types of things make me nervous. but just tonight i was on the bus and my discman kept skipping, and the girl next to me had her ipod, and i thought, "man, that must be nice." i'm still skeptical, though. how about you go through with it, cancel your subscription to whatever, and then let us all know how it turned out? i'd hate to be forced to spend hours on the phone with people trying to cancel something. the blockbuster thing looks like an okay deal, it's only ten bucks a month anyways, right? keep me updated...

a word from your neighborhood internet fraud artist colormeblind February 9 2005, 00:26:22 UTC
do they still make you refer 5 other friends to do it too?

i got caught less than a month ago trying to do all six trials and cancelling them myself. i didn't really read the rules beforehand, and apparently that's considered fraud. so, i'm currently an experienced yet unsuccesful fraud artist, and my accounts have been put on "hold".... :)

so, minus the nasty "net fraud" and everything, i work at best buy and i see open box ipods going out for less than six memberships at columbia house would cost you. watch out for those internet offers, bro. the best thing i ever got was a $5 laser pointer.

i saw a piece on this on the news earlier this week. i don't think it's all it's cracked up to be. just some innovative capitalism from some business majors. first cell phones, now ipods. what's next? H2s?
