I lost two pounds! Atleast it is better than gaining two pounds. I'm going out of town today I'm going to Salt Lake City. I can't wait to get away from here. This morning I had school cheer practice and they made us all run a mile. Personally, running is the only exercise that I don't mind to do. I haven't weighed in like a week, it's not that I can't weigh I have a scale, but I'm soo terrified I can't bring myself to get on it. I know I've gained. Today is a new day and I'm going to start over. Back on track. No junk food. No sodas. No carbs.
