I know I already posted once today, but I wanted to ask a few questions about purging.Is it normal to black out a little during it, and why do I always have tears gushing out of my eyes im not crying but they always are pooring down my face, and I also was seeing spots after is all of this normal? hey...

i don't purge but you're teary eyed? thats normal. even if you accidentally puke, you will still have a teary eyed.

for your other questions, i don't know that anymore... but i hope i helped you.

btw, when should i drink vinegar and how many???

Drink 1 or 2 table spoons before you eat.

Seeing spots and tearing up is noraml...You are making yourself vomit, or couse you are going to get teary eyed. The blking out is NOT good...I recommend you lean over the toilet, you might be crouching over it...that will make you try to hard when vomiting.

I see spots and get blackouts when I restrict heavily and my blood sugar level is extremely low. Take care hun <3

i purge every single day and it hurts....

i always get streams of tears down my face and i think the reason for this is because i have to strain so hard to get every last piece of food out of my stomach.

i see spots aswell afterwards, it goes away after a couple of seconds.

i've never blacked out really, but there have been times when i have stood up and felt really dizzy for a minute and everything is all kind of blurry.
