i've been purging.
i think i'm going to start an oatmeal diet.

made a bet with my room mate tonight that neither of us will eat anything unhealthy until the end of october.
i'm so glad she's dieting too.
i know i won't slip up because i'm good at holding bets and now i have a reason to stop myself if i'm ever tempted to give in.
hoping to lose as much weight as i can before my trip to copenhagen/malmö.
