well i just got home from my cross country meet at VVS. actually it was an invitational but whatever. i didn't run though because i'm injured buti plan on running in the next race or the one after that so hopefully this week my knees feel better. Invitaional on saturday! went wicked well. It was at CNS and our school got 2nd.
