you need help. and at this point, probably an opiate of some sort to get you back to remotely 'normal' (as normal as you've ever been, which isn't saying much). But this is assuming you mean that you have just drunk a case of mtn dew, and I really hope thats not the case, because no one should drink a case of hypercaffeinated yak piss.

Nope.. I havent actually had any MT. Dew in about 3-4 weeks.
