Recently I read that the population of Nay Pyi Taw, the newly built capital of Myanmar, reached almost 1 million people. Does it sound reasonable for you? I see it completely impossible to accommodate so huge amount of people within so little time in the initially empty place, even in most technically developed and financially unlimited countries.
