a random appeal
Do anyone reading this know of / can recommend a program that could convert midi files into sheet music (or tablature) notation? In particular, I need it to (a) run on Ubuntu Dapper, (b) be free, and (c) take midi files and spit out something legible as sheet music. -

Summer's over. I noticed 'cause it actually rained a bit yesterday. And 'cause the tree we're tree-sitting is shedding leaves (really, it's because of the season, we haven't been mistreating it!).
