This week Chloe has overcome her fear of the water, allowing her to jump into the pool and more or less swim. She still has to get her arms and legs working together properly so she can actually get somewhere, but she's able to keep herself slowly moving more or less in the intended direction, and even come up for a breath and keep going ( Read more... )

We'll be driving up to GV on the 2nd (sorry Rainy, but we have to keep mother-daughter seperation to a minimum). I'm flying out on the 4th, and returning on the 8th, late. We're going to the fair on the 10th, and probably driving back on the 11th. That leaves the 3rd and 9th pretty much open, though we might go to Kuk Sool on the 9th, and that ( Read more... )

I'll be traveling to GV soon. The only dates that are certain are August 4-8, when I will be in North Carolina. I'll be leaving Chloe with Andrea's parents while I'm there, hence the trip. I'll have at least a few days on either side of that trip to hang out, and we'll be spending at least one day at the Fair.

Good stuff. I didn't realize how much I missed it. I basically haven't gamed since I moved down here, which sucks, but I don't really have the time to devote to a campaign. Housegaming is just right. Plus, it automatically punishes idiots, which takes a lot of the pain out of meeting new gamers. In fact, I have to say I'm looking forward to seeing ( Read more... )
