After many years of painful lonliness, I'm finally getting over my social fears. Today I met a girl on the train and got her phone number. Goodbye, internet! I'm going to spend time with people now!

I arrived at the volleyball court at 8:53 in time to see the end of the 8:00 game. There were a fair number of spectators, but as soon as the game ended, everyone left in a single body. I spent last night visiting with two high school friends, and the nostalgia crossed into my dreams. I dreamt of being in a high school art class (which is odd because I was never in one), and then after class I walked through the parking lot with my old spanish teacher. I just recycled three years of game magazines, dating back to '99. I kept one, however, about the "EXPLOSIVE CONSOLE WAR!" The magazine talks about the launch of the Dreamcast, the anticipation of the PS2, the mystery of "project dolphin," and the speculation of whether or not Microsoft would make a console.

My shelf space increased +3.

My camera came Friday; it's everything I hoped for and more. I took a lot of great pictures while out with friends that night and had a lot of fun. Dinner at The Olde Spaghetti Factory was excellent. The food was wonderful (as always) and I had a great time with my family. The best part, which also was the biggest surprise, was the presence of my sister, Julie from Reno!
