Still haven't found my BPAL box so I'm assuming it's buried in the pushed-down house in Aurora. Went to the BPAL site and ordered a bottle of Cairo. wanted Baghdad but that seems to have been discontinued.

Exercise
- Okay, accountability post.
- I have invested in an item that I'm going to use for a physical therapy type exercise table. It's firmer than a bed but it's up off the floor so I can get up and get down without assistance from the fire/rescue.
