there were two accidents two nights in a row on one of the roads here, within a quarter mile of each other. both at night. the roads get pretty slick when it rains i guess. there's an embankment on one side of the road that both cars slid down, so they were both like 10 feet below the level of the road on a steep slope in grass and bushes. but the ( Read more... )

i've gone running for the past three days. not super long. not super fast. occaisional short walks. but running. hooray! and fire training at north bend is this weekend, and it's going to kick all our asses if what one of the instructors say is true. so i'm glad i'm up to physical activity again.
