Today (Monday) is Victoria Day here. The city is so deserted that one might think an epidemic wiped out the population. I've never seen Toronto like this. It's bizarre. Victoria Day appears to be a bigger deal here (city sponsored fireworks) than in Vancouver. Maybe because Toronto is closer to UK and there are lots of monarchists here? The ( Read more... )

I miss your midnight (well, I read your blog at midnight) posts about food so much that I don't even mind that you're making me hungry at this ungodly hour. Next time you'll have pictures, yes? :)

midnight snacks are the best! i recently developed a midnight wine/cheese binge! :) Not so sure if I will be posting as many photos as before because that took A LOT of work (photographing, editing, uploading, adding html codes). I may just rely on crappy pics from uploaded straight from my iPhone. But travel pics will still be on my fancy camera :)
