Meaning: Insensitive; Not aware of the current situation or mood

カッケー

Meaning: Cool; handsome

Examples: マスクってカッケーな。[Masks are cool!]

Notes: It's actually かっこいい, written/said in a slangy way. I thought I'd introduce it because it came up in a manga I was reading (^ thus the totally meaningless example up there XD) and it's pretty much common knowledge.

びびり

Meaning: A person who is easily jolted; a scaredy cat.

Examples: おまえは本当にびびりだなぁ。[You're such a scaredy cat.]

Notes: This word comes from びびる, which means 'choke up', or 'wimp out' according to ALC. So basically the verb was noun-ified, and you can see this pretty commonly in mangas, around the net, and in daily life.
