Well, after many years of waiting I finally got to see the 4th installment. Is it any good? Well, yeah, it is......but.........I expected a bit more from Romero. had anyone else made it, i would be singing their praises, but I wanted more from the guy that basically invented the genre

It's a good point about the certificate. I was reading a poster for Nicholas Cage's new movie the other day while I was waiting for someone. It said something along the lines of 'contains frequent bloody violence, swearing and sexual scenes'. It's a certificate 15. So what DOES qualify as an 18?

I enjoyed 'Land of the Dead', but I know what you mean about it seeming slick and polished.

The BBFC website would probably shed some light on it...but I cant be arsed to look right now. I think sex is more likely to bring the cert up to an 18 rather than violence......which is a bit odd to me, but then our censorship laws have always baffled me. You can shag at 16, so whay cant you watch shagging....you're never allowed to rip someones head off and eat their entrails..but you can watch that quite happily at 15?.....bizarre! xx

In its own right its a good Zombie movie.....I am sure you will enjoy it. It just doesnt seem to follow on from the others. I dont mean the story, I mean the atmosphere....you'll know what I mean when you see it. Enjoy! xxx
