Thanks mate.......in one respect I find it amazing that in this day and age, The DWP can have such archaic information, and then I think back to the 13 years I have been in their employ and it suddenly all makes sense!

I think next time I need the doctor, I'll write "arsehole" and "elbow" in the appropriate places (the former on the doctor), so they don't manage to fuck that up as well...
