Well, today it's back into the truck for three weeks or so out. Holidays are slowly getting further behind, and I'm pretty happy to see them go. Curmudgeon and all.

Tip: Make sure the frozen spinach is completely thawed and drained before you use it! I wound up actually going by a recipe. Yeah, I kinda chickened out on this one.
