I finally had someone this V-Day. It was great. We met at Denny's.(Where else?) We went to her house afterward and watched Pirates of the Carribean. (Well, most of it ;) ) When we got to her car to leave though, there was Dew and Reeses on the passenger seat... AWWWW! lol, it was nice. Thanks love! You are the greatest!

Today, after work, I went to Burger King to get some eats. An old friend was there. We got to talking (for a couple hours) about how our lives are going since we grew apart, how our relationships are going and so forth. I made an offer to renew our friendship. I have been given hope. I could make a long entry summarizing the events of the last few days. I could go on and on... But I will just say, "All is well."

I am formally shedding the "Nice Guy" title. I am no longer worth it. I have taken advantage of someone elses pain to soothe my own. That is wrong. Today I went to Stacy's funeral. This huge church was packed with hundreds of people. There were also representatives from no less than 5 police and fire departments.(She was a dispatcher) She was only 24 and had such a profound impact on so many people, including me. I'm here bitching about how cold my house is when I find out that one of my best friends just lost her twin sister to a car accident. Guys, if any of you pray, pray for the sprouse family, they are going to need it right now, especially with this happening so close to the holiday season.
