I've had neighbors that screamed at me to stop having sex, left a carpet of pigeon shit on the floor of their balcony that they never tried to clean up, watched extreme right wing preachers very loudly on their TV at 6 in the morning and fought with whoever they lived with to the point of throwing them against the wall late at night.
Not all the same person though.
