There will be a protest against Prop 8 tomorrow at 5:30 p.m. starting at 5:30 p.m. It has been registered with the SFPD according to the organizers and will proceed down Market Street.

I've started the process of putting the house onto the market.  It will cost me over $10K just to get it ready for sale--floors redone, painting, pressure washing, staging (fake furniture! yea!)  But hopefully that bit of expense will pay back in spades ( Read more... )

Well, it's official.  I'm putting my house on the market and downsizing my life.  Now that Matt has moved out, I really don't have the urge to find new roommates, and the responsible thing to do is cash in on home equity while the market is still solid for this price range.  With the proceeds, I'll be able to make the BIG transition next year to ( Read more... )

I am so fed up with Windows Vista.  Not only does it constantly lose my audio driver, now it has slowed to a crawl on my internet connection, and I don't know why.  My mac is running perfectly fine on the same Wireless Router.  And Vista tries to update itself online but it fails every time.

Why is it that the ONE Wednesday night when I am sick at home watching Ugly Betty Season One, everyone is calling or texting me asking whether I'm coming out?  I seriously never hear from Christian H./Chris G/Dustin/Chuck/Mike T normally on a Wednesday, and tonight they all were trying to find out where I was.
