mushrooms - 33 cals
celery - 10 cals
total: 143 calories

exercise
stairmaster - 90 minutes
abs - 20 minutes
lower body - 12 minutes

i'm the lowest weight i've ever been.
81 pounds!

i have to keep this up.
i've been doing so well.

i leave for myrtle beach on friday.
i have to stay strong.
but i'm a few days away from my period so i'm pms-ing.
i hate periods.
i'm going to need some major support this week.
