and exercise.

I'm so disgusted with my weight at this point that I feel too embarrased to go to Founders Day in my hometown.
I don't want to give people a reason to talk about me.
If they don't see me, they can't talk about how fat I've gotten while giggling and eating their funnel cakes.

Today, someone told me it was nice to see me laugh and talk about goofy memories of dad...
it made me feel guilty.
