Camp went well, 5 day trips were awesome. I came down with pneumonia after I got home. I'm still recovering. This has been a damper on an otherwise good week returning to school.

So a little background. The last three days I've been doing an internship program with the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago. Basically the idea is to educate us, the participants, about all the things that the federation does and when we're done they'll give us money. I am flying to Philly tomorrow morning for Dana's birthday and then staying the weekend. I dropped $220 on last minute plane fare because I need her like heroine. This can't be healthy. But on the bright side I am about to become the best boyfriend ever.

During the last week or so I've been feeling very, very angsty. I still can't stop thinking about Dana and I without anything else to occupy my mind I can do nothing but think about how hard it will be to get into Law School with my mediocre grades. I saw Dave Sherck for the first time in a year and a half. After a year fighting for our country in Iraq, he is much the same as he always was, only now he has more stories about getting drunk and trying to fight people. Nine months ago I went back to college after a year long hiatus. So far I think I can say I've done pretty well under difficult circumstances.
