Boo!
Apparently it's been a while since I've posted. Bullet points, then:
- Bear is now 15 months old, he'll be 16 months on Monday. He switched to whole milk and I got my boobs back in June when he turned 1, and milk is really the only thing he consistently eats. He is just not interested in eating at all...too much other stuff to get into, I guess ( Read more... ) -

Yes, I know, I'm evil for having disappeared for the past several months. But everything is fine here. I'm still doing the SAHM thing, and Bear keeps me plenty busy. At his 6-month well baby visit a couple of weeks ago, he was up to 16 lb, 5 oz, which is a little below the BF baby curve. According to my calculator, that actually puts him at the ( Read more... ) -
3 months old!!!
Wow. How is it possible that, as of yesterday, my tiny little baby is 3 whole months old?! He's still growing like a weed, and still an absolute angel. He started rolling from his back to his tummy a couple of weeks ago, and I estimate him to weigh close to 14 pounds. He doesn't have another well-baby visit scheduled for another month, but he's ( Read more... ) -
Two months!
My baby is such a big boy! He turned two months old this past Tuesday and had his 2-month well baby visit on Wednesday. He was up to 11 lb 6 oz and 23 inches! If he keeps growing at this rate, he'll be bigger than me by the time he starts preschool!
He's a very happy baby, even though he usually wears his daddy's trademark "serious face." But he ( Read more... ) -

Long overdue update
There aren't enough hours in the day to do everything I want to do, but I manage to shower most days, and Bear and I have settled in to a pretty consistent routine. We get up and dress him for the day at around 9. He eats breakfast then, and again at noon, 3, 6, and 9, with playtime and naptime in between feedings. Bear has arrived!!!
I'm happy to announce William Ali was born at 9:22pm tonight. He weighed in at 6lb 5 oz and 19.5 inches long. I don't know anything more right now. I am anxiously waiting to hear more details from Melody...
